We have confirmed ENGLISH BASED aircraft for the Champions League Final. We have confirmed landing slots and parking rights at the relevant airports, although these will be subject to change due to the nature of the event. Arriving in Moscow (DME) 10:45 local.

Returning after the match 22nd May approx (Flight AEU790) 04.00
and are expected back in the UK around 06:00 local.

TRANSFERS

UEFA and the local authorities are providing transfers from the airports to the city centre and stadium. These transfers are provided separately to the flights arranged by us and we have no control over these. The local authorities may change these plans in the forthcoming weeks and we will keep you updated. All tour operators are offering this service.

Moscow has notoriously bad problems with traffic and any transfer, however short, can involve frustrating delays. Your understanding regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. The quickest way to move around Moscow is by Metro or on foot. If you are walking around Moscow it is advised to ensure you take all usual precautions, as you would in any unfamiliar large city, including staying in reasonable sized groups.

STADIUM, MATCH AND TICKETS

The Luzhniki stadium is home to both Torpedo and Spartak Moscow and is a short walk from the Sportivnaya Metro station. Each team that qualifies will have access to 21,000 tickets for their supporters.

KICK OFF will be at 22:45 local time

Security at the stadium is very tight, as you would expect. The stadium is a true football stadium and it will be impossible to gain access to the stadium without a valid match ticket. In addition to this searches will be taking place which will delay entry. We would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you get in to the stadium two hours before kick-off.

VISA

All supporters will be required to hold a valid Russian Federation visa for travel to Moscow.

It is our understanding that for supporters who have been successful in gaining access to tickets from the Club there will be SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS will be put in place. We expect that the Club will be offering a visa service at the time you collect your match ticket. Further announcements will be made by the Clubs in due course. Please keep checking both the Club and our website for further details.

For those supporters who will be travelling to Moscow without tickets from the Club, such as those who gained tickets in the UEFA ballot, we recommend that you apply for a visa as soon as possible. General information about visas is available from www.fco.gov.uk.
