Up to 512 guests could be stay at the same hotel, in mix of standard, superior and executive rooms and a additional over spill available of at least 65 standard rooms at the 5* sister hotel close by, all including breakfast.

Welcome reception

On the evening of arrival, after check-in all delegates will be invited to a welcome drink, which will be accompanied by a selection of fine canapés and a glass of champagne or other beverages.

Delegate rate: £19.00 per person.

Conference facility

The conference, with lunch and two breaks included (one in the morning which includes a pastry, and one afternoon). Standard technical equipment is also included.

  • The conference facility is onsite at the hotel and has 3700 m2 when all rooms are open, with a capacity of 3000 guests.
  • The main meeting room will be the ‘Omega’, which is 962m2.
  • The facility will seat 962 delegates’ Theatre style.
  • The hotel offers W-Lan in all meeting areas.
  • Included free of charge: Video Data projector, Overhead Projector, screen, flipchart and conference pad and pens.

Day delegate rate: £26.00 per person.

If the conference facility has to be reserved for your exclusive use for the day prior to the conference. The day charge for this exclusive hire is £1,500.00.

Transfers

All delegates will require return airport transfers. Executive coaches will provide transfers. The expected transfer time from the airport to the hotel (or visa versa) is 25 minutes.

Delegate rate: £15.00 per person.

Flights

The flight time from UK airports is around 2 hours 30 minutes dependent on the city of departure.

Enclosed is a selection of options for our private charter. If you would like further options on smaller or larger aircraft please let us know. The aircraft could be branded internally (head rests etc) at an additional cost.

The flights quoted are: Exclusive of taxes and security charges; Includes standard catering with a cash bar; Subject to crew and slot availability; Subject to fuel surcharges; and, Subject to ongoing availability.

For scheduled carriers, such as British Airways and Air Baltic, we will need confirmation of the conference prior to quoting. This will also apply to groups travelling out prior to the conference. We would expect that scheduled flights would start at around £120.00 plus taxes for a group fare, reaching in excess of £300.00 for late space or large groups.

Average delegate cost

We expect most delegates base package will include: Chartered flights including taxes; Two nights single occupancy bed and breakfast accommodation; Welcome reception; Full conference including lunch and coffee breaks; and, Airport transfers.

Expected average cost: £545.00 per delegate.
