- The conference facility is onsite at the hotel.
- The main meeting room will be the ‘Sonja Henie Ballroom’, which is 858m2.
- The facility will seat 600 delegates classroom style.

- The hotel offers a business service centre.
The conference will take place for 600 delegates, with lunch and two breaks included (one in the morning which includes a pastry, and one afternoon). Standard technical equipment (flip charts, overhead projectors, screens, pens and pads) is also included.
Day delegate rate: £50.00 per person.
The conference facility can be reserved for your exclusive use, for preparation, for the day prior to the conference. The day charge for this exclusive hire is £4,000.00.

Welcome reception
On the evening of arrival, after check-in, all delegates will be invited to a welcome reception, which includes a glass of champagne accompanied by canapés.

Transfers
All delegates will require return airport transfers; outbound on. Transfers will be provided by executive coaches. The expected transfer time from the airport to the hotel (or visa versa) is 45 minutes.

Flights
The flight time from UK airports is around 2 hours dependent on the city of departure.
All charter flights are enclosed with a selection of options, which although through, are not exhaustive. If you would like further options on smaller or larger aircraft please let us know. The aircraft could be branded internally (head rests etc) at an additional cost.

For scheduled carriers, such as British Airways and Scandinavian Airlines, we will need confirmation of the conference prior to quoting. This will also apply to groups travelling out prior to the conference. We would expect that scheduled flights would start at around £170.00 plus taxes for a group fare, reaching in excess of £300.00 for late space or large groups.
Average delegate cost
We expect most delegates base package will include: Chartered flights (including taxes); Two nights single occupancy bed and breakfast accommodation; Welcome reception; Full conference including lunch; and, Airport transfers.
Expected average cost: £650.00 per delegate.
